Account Registration

To participate in mathematical challenges, you must be at least 19 years old and register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure.

One account per individual - multiple accounts are prohibited

You are responsible for all activities under your account

Immediately notify us of any unauthorized account access

Challenge Participation

Participation in mathematical challenges requires adherence to fair play principles and intellectual honesty. All solutions must be your own work.

No automated tools or external assistance permitted

Solutions must be submitted within designated time limits

We reserve the right to disqualify suspicious entries

Rewards and Prizes

Challenge rewards are distributed based on mathematical skill and performance. All prize claims are subject to verification and compliance with these terms.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

Tax liabilities for prizes are the responsibility of winners

We may substitute prizes of equal or greater value

Intellectual Property

All mathematical challenges, problems, and platform content are the intellectual property of North Number Games Mathematical Institute. Users retain rights to their personal solutions.

Challenge content may not be reproduced or distributed

Platform code and design are protected by copyright

User solutions may be used for analytical purposes

Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in activities that disrupt the platform or compromise its integrity. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

No cheating, collusion, or use of unauthorized aids

Harassment or abusive behavior towards other users

Attempting to exploit platform vulnerabilities

Commercial use of platform without authorization

Payments and Refunds

Challenge entry fees are processed securely and are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made for technical issues preventing participation.

All fees are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)

Payment processing handled by secure third-party providers

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of issue

Limitation of Liability

North Number Games Mathematical Institute is not liable for indirect damages resulting from platform use or participation in challenges.

We provide the platform "as is" without warranties

Not liable for technical issues or service interruptions

Maximum liability limited to fees paid in last 6 months

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Canadian law. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Vancouver, BC.

Governing law: Province of British Columbia, Canada

Dispute resolution through binding arbitration

Class action waivers apply to all users
